From a dentistry perspective, the best thing that ever happened to me is when my regular dentist referred me to an endodontist. When I called that office, I found out that they are not in my dental insurance network. And so I pursued an another endodontist who is in my network. You can see that review below.
Since that time, I have decided to have all of my dental care at Alamo Smiles, not only because they are in my network, but also because of love the staff there. Here’s why:
- Dr Singh fixed my 20 year old bridge today. He made it almost as easy as a walk through the park. He was so gentle and professional. They should rename this business "Gentle Dental". Just kidding. But this is how I feel about Dr. Singh.
- his assistant is so professional, knowledgeable and sweet. Her name is Jana.
- I love that they’re open on weekends. Not everyone can take a day off for appointments.
- I love that Alamo Smiles have their oral surgeon and their endodontist come in to their office. That way I don’t have to find my own.
- They make it very easy to find out how much the patient responsibility is, after insurance is applied.
Below is from my first visit:
I had a root canal here today and I want to give a shout out to their traveling Endodontist, Dr. Sheppard. He is very knowledgable and very informative. He's gentle and tells you everything you need to know. He works with Hector and Hector was great too!!!
Ashely worked her magic to get me in and approved by insurance in a high pressure situation. So - shout out to Ashley too.
Since this dental group is in my network, and my regular dentist is not, I will move over to their office for my regular dental care, as well.

Overall pretty great. They tend to up-sell, but they all do. Staff is friendly and competent. Recommended!
