From the moment I arrived, the office staff was kind, attentive, and understanding of my anxiety. They took extra care to ensure I felt supported, explained everything clearly, and made comfort a priority throughout my visit. Their compassion and professionalism truly made a difference. I was also very grateful that the office accepts CareCredit. While my insurance covered a portion of the procedure, the remaining cost was still significant, and having a flexible payment option was the only reason I was able to move forward with the treatment when I needed it. Overall, my experience at Alamo Smiles was excellent. The staff was professional, patient, and genuinely caring. I highly recommend them to anyone—especially those who experience dental anxiety and need a compassionate, understanding dental team.
